Lunch is served from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm
and evening meals from 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm
The hotel’s Restaurant opened in August 1957. It was named in honour of it’s very first Manager Lusia Mungai. Luisa was the third child in a family of ten children. Her family were renouned in Milan for numerous Tuscan restaurants that they owned. In the 1940’s Luisa had been the Manager of one of the most well known ; La Taverne Florentine on Rue Spiga, Milan. Upon her arrival in Ospedaletti she bought with her an invaluable knowledge of a cuisine that was based on the traditions and the simplicty of Liguarian products and methods. From this she created a menu that combined the flavours of the Liguria region
